Accepting these terms

By using egy4server.com or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Our services

We provide web design, web hosting, domain registration, business email, SSL certificates, maintenance and technical support. Each plan’s details (storage, mailboxes, features) are on the plans page or in the offer we agreed with you.

Ordering

• Services are agreed on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• A service is activated once payment is received.
• Prices are in Egyptian pounds and yearly, unless agreed otherwise.
• We may change prices in future, but never for a period you have already paid for.

Payment & renewal

• Payment is upfront via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
• Subscriptions are yearly and we notify you before renewal.
• If a subscription is not renewed, the service may be suspended after a grace period, and an unrenewed domain may become available for anyone to register.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time. Any refund depends on the state of the service and the work already done, and is agreed with you. Domain registration fees and third-party costs (such as some SSL certificates) are non-refundable once processed.

Ownership

• Content you send us (text, images, logo) is yours, and you are responsible for having the right to use it.
• Your website design is handed over once it is paid in full.
• Your domain is registered for you, and we help you transfer it to another provider if you wish.

Design revisions

We revise the design with you until you are happy, within the agreed scope. Major changes or additions outside the agreed offer may cost extra, and we tell you before doing them.

Acceptable use

Our services may not be used for:

• Content that breaks the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Spam or phishing.
• Spreading viruses or malware, or attempting to break into any system.
• Infringing anyone’s intellectual property.

We may suspend any service that breaks these rules to protect our servers and other clients.

Uptime & backups

We target 99.9% server uptime, with routine maintenance scheduled for low-traffic hours where possible. We take regular backups, but recommend that you keep your own copy of important files and content.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit) caused by outages beyond our control. In any case, our liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We try to settle any dispute amicably first; otherwise the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; any change is published here with the last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
