Who we are

Egy4Server is an Egyptian company specialising in web design, hosting, domains and business email for companies. This policy covers egy4server.com and all of our services.

What we collect

Data you give us: when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or email, or subscribe to a service, we may receive your name, phone number, email, company name, the domain you want, and your website content (text, images, logo).

Technical data: our server logs data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit. We use it for security, operations and to block attacks.

Payment data: we never receive or store bank card details. Payment is made via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, and we keep the transfer receipt for accounting only.

How we use it

• To deliver the service you ordered: website design, hosting, domain registration, email setup.
• To contact you about your order, support and renewals.
• To issue invoices and track payments.
• To protect our site and servers from attacks and abuse.
• To measure our ads and improve the website.

Cookies & measurement

Our main pages do not place advertising cookies on your device. Some offer pages (such as Business Email) use Google Tag Manager and Google advertising tools to measure our ads, for example whether a visitor clicked the WhatsApp button. Google may use cookies under its own privacy policy; you can control them in Google Ad Settings or your browser settings.

How we contact businesses

We may contact companies about our services using business contact details that are publicly published (such as the email on their website or their number on Google Maps). Every message includes a clear way to unsubscribe, and if you ask us to stop, we stop immediately and remove your details from our lists.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only where needed to deliver the service:

• Domain registries and registrars (registrant details required under ICANN rules).
• SSL certificate providers.
• Google for ad measurement, and WhatsApp when you message us there.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Our clients’ website data

The content of websites and mailboxes we host belongs to their owners. We only access it when you ask for support, or for a necessary security or legal reason.

How we protect data

We use encrypted connections (SSL), firewalled servers, limited staff access and regular backups. Still, no system on the internet is 100% secure, so we recommend strong passwords for your mailboxes and control panel.

How long we keep data

We keep client data for as long as the service runs, and afterwards for as long as the law or accounting requires. Technical server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you and get a copy.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
• Object to marketing use of your data at any time.

Send your request by email or WhatsApp and we will reply as soon as possible.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
